Opening Times

All consultations are by appointment only.  Please contact your surgery if you require an appointment.  

Our opening hours are as follows:

There are multiple ways you can book an appointment with a GP at our surgery. 

We have appointments which become available on the day, everyday. Patients can call the surgery at 8am to request an appointment. Be mindful that the phone lines can be very busy so please be patient.

Alternatively, you could also attend the surgery physically at 8am to secure an appointment.

We do also have some pre-bookable appointments; However, these are limited so may not be available until at least a week in advance. 

To save yourself a phone call, you can also request an appointment through patchs. This can be accessed on the home page of the Fir Tree Medical Centre website, and involves doing an online questionnaire regarding your symptoms. This will then be triaged by the reception team who should be in touch within two working days to arrange your telephone call with the doctor. 

If you are housebound or seriously ill the doctor may think a home visit is necessary. To arrange this please call the surgery and speak to one of the reception team before 11am.
